Online donations are processed through trusted payment partners, following industry security standards. Card and payment details are handled by certified providers, and HOPE BR CYF does not store full card information on its own systems.

6. Errors, concerns or refund requests

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or without your authorisation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.
